Cancelling conditions of the hotel: AGB (althof.at)
→ cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before arrival
→ up to 7 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the total package price
→ up to 3 days before the day of arrival, 75% of the total package price
→ up to 1 day (6 p.m.) before the day of arrival, 90% of the total package price will be charged.
→ In the event of a no-show, cancellation on the day of arrival or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

IDEA AUSTRIA can offer a reduced Conference Fee for a limited number of persons. If you want to make use of this offer, you have to submit a request, stating the reasons and including the necessary conirmations attached. Please send your request to: info@idea-austria.org
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
◊ After having registered via registration mask you will get an invoice with bank data.
◊ You have to pay inbetween 14 days after receipt. (Please, all bank charges to be borne by the participant!)
◊ When we see the transaction on our bank accout, your place is fixed,
◊ Then you get a payment/participation confirmation.
CANCELLING CONDITIONS
If no other payment model has been agreed upon, the entire Conference Fee is due at the latest two weeks after registration, then your place is fixed. The bank transfer must be free of any encumbrances for the recipient / organizer.
◊ In case of written cancellation up to 8 weeks before the start of the conference (January 26, 2024), the entire fee will be totally refunded.
◊ In case of written cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the conference (February 23,2024), € 50,- will be retained for processing and organization,
◊ thereafter 50% of the total costs will be retained.
◊ In case of cancellation from March 12, 2024 or later, the entire conference fee cannot be repaid. However, you can nominate a substitute participant to take your place. We will accept this.

◊ No refund is possible if the participant cancels the Regional Conference through his own fault.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of registration. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail with the request of a reading confirmation). In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
In the registration mask we offer a Cancelling Insurane, which covers liability for cancellation at short notice. We highly recommend it!
The Insurance Contribution depends on from where you are travelling. We will get in contact to you individually.
FRAME CONDITIONS
◊ If the event is not fully booked, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel it, even at short notice. In this case paid fees will be refunded totally.
◊ If a trainer has to cancel for serious reasons, the organizers will look for a suitable replacement.
◊ Participation is of your own free will and in your own responsibility and requires normal mental and physical resilience. Any liability of the organizers beyond this is excluded.
TRAVELLING TO RETZ
Travelling to the Conference Venue is quite easy, coming from VIENNA (by plane or by train from all directions) you will be in Retz in about 90 minutes –without changing.
At a later moment we will give you detailed information.
Please, note – the Conference starts at 6 pm (18.00 o’clock Time Zone Vienna CET/MEZ (Central European Time/Mitteleuropäische Zeit) with Conference Dinner.
