CONFERENCE FEE & PAYMENT INFORMATION
CONFERENCE FEE: EARLY BIRD € 280,– REGULAR € 310,–
Early Bird is 10% off, please register for that before December 1st, 2025

ATTENTION: Please wait for your invoice before transferring the conference fee to our bank account!
Your registration process for the conference is completed once we have received your conference fee on our bank account! Banking charges are totally on the participants‘ accounts.

We ask you for your selection of accomodation at Althof. We transfer this information to Althof Retz / Reception.
Special Prize for the group!
You have to confirm your booking directly at Althof Retz. You pay there too.
PRICES FOR 2026 (incl. VAT/USt.)
Adults in double room per night including breakfast: € 90,–
Adults in triple room per night including breakfast: € 84,–
Single room supplement per night = double room plus € 15,–
Overnight tax per person and night € 2,50.
If you bring your family please ask for special conditions.
PRICES FOR MEALS 2026
Half board (lunch OR dinner) € 29,50
Full board (lunch AND dinner) € 52,–
Please note:
The accomodation (5 nights) must be paid at the reception desk of Althof Retz!
[Visacard and Mastercard are accepted.]
Don’t transfer to our bank account!
If you do not stay at Althof Retz we have special service for the Conference Days.
We will ask you about having meals some days before the event.
CANCELLING CONDITIONS for the Conference
- If you cancel your participation in the event in writing up to February 27th, 2026 (23.59 Uhr / 11.59pm), you will not be charged any cancellation fees.
- If written cancellation is received up to March 15th, 2026 (23.59 Uhr / 11.59pm), we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee.
- Thereafter, in case of non-registration at the venue and/or non-participation, the participation fee for the event will be charged at 100%.
- The cancellation fee is waived if you are able to name a substitute participant to take your place in the event that you are unable to attend.
- Deadline für Regular Registration: March 15th. From March 16th to March 26th we have to charge a processing fee of € 50,- (the reason is that last minute registrations are quite hard to handle, mistakes in registration are prone to errors)
